3. 3 check
3.3.1 inspection cycle
3.3.1.1 daily inspection
3.3.1.2 month check
3. 3. 2 eye test
3. 3. 3. 2. 3 non-destructive inspection will be used to replace the visual inspection.
3. 3. 3 nondestructive inspection
3. 3. 1 passenger rope must be inspected for non-destructive inspection. The first inspection must be carried out within l8 months after the wire rope is installed. The inspection result is the basis for future inspection. The second and subsequent inspection cycle shall be determined by the security supervision department. Check the results to be documented and archived.
3. 3.3.2 the passenger cable carrying cable should be carried out without a non-destructive injury.
3.3.3.3 the carrying cable of the freight rope which has been used for more than 4 years and has a personal safety. Nondestructive inspection should be carried out.
3.3.4 test site
Special attention should be paid to the following parts when making a full-length inspection of the wire rope;
Defection; Tilting saddle, swing saddle, line sleeve, transition sleeve, end device, etc.
The traction cable, bearing the traction cable, the head office, the fixed hold rope two jing;
Tension cable: alloy casting sleeve, guide wheel up and down;
Balance line; Guide wheel up and down
3.4 scrap standard
The scrap or local replacement of the wire rope shall be determined by the following items:
A. The reduction of section
B. Local aggregation of broken wires
C. Rope fracture
D. The increase rate of broken wire has completed the practical requirements for the inspection and scrap of cable wire rope.
